And now is the part where we need YOUR help--can we ask a huge favor? Don't worry, we promise there is a reward involved :) We launched a new Eco fork/spoon pack on Amazon, and it was seeing amazing organic growth and great rankings after just a brief stint of being live.  And then a terrible review came along and derailed everything  See it here:  KNORK Eco 24 PK  

Amazon no longer gives the option to reply to any reviews or reach out to the customer to fix the issue--you are stuck with the negative feedback and no way to rectify it, which isn't fair to a business at all. If you know us, you know we work hard to make things right with our customers and want to let our factory know of any and all possible production issues, so this is very frustrating and disheartening--the "customer" didn't even try to contact us directly either. We absolutely know that these pieces are reusable and hold up super well (we personally still use ones in our own homes from our very first production run from 2 years ago!)

 This could be a competitor leaving a bad review to simply stunt growth on this item (more on this and our brand "knockoff" soon, because that's a WHOLE other story),  but we don't know because we have no way to verify or even contact the customer.
